Companies Act Compliance

Keeping Your Company on the Right Side of the Law

Every company incorporated in India — whether a Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company, One Person Company (OPC), or Section 8 Company — is required to comply with a range of statutory obligations under the Companies Act, 2013. Non-compliance can attract significant penalties, disqualification of directors, and strike-off of the company.

At Rajesh Jalan & Associates, we provide end-to-end Companies Act compliance support, ensuring that your company meets all its ROC filing, secretarial, and statutory requirements accurately and on time — so you can focus on running your business.
